Wiremek recently resigned, manufactured, installed and commissioned:-

4 x 11000v - 400v packaged sub-stations, Main LV distribution boards, Sub-distribution boards and dual voltage room distribution boards throughout the hotel. 

Restriction in space was overcome using Wiremek's adaptable panel system which can incorporate and make/typre of switching

Refurished in 2006/2007, Wiremek were responsible for designing, manufacturing, installing and commisioning:-

2 x 11000v - 400v packaged sub-stations, main LV distribution, Mains/generator auto controls and sub-distribution via rising busbar. 

Design, manufacture, install and commission a heating and ventilation control system.

Wiremek achieved control by the installation of a Cylon Building Energy Management System, controlling heating and ventilation system and monitoring all systems throughout the building with the inclusion of back up generator in 2008.

We are also carrying out the maintenance of the heating and ventilation controls and high voltage/low voltage switchgear.

Tower Hamlets Mile End Hospital, London

Starting in 1997 Wiremek modified the exisiting Heating and Ventilation control system by the integration of a front end controlled Building Energy Management System.

Over a number of years the steam plant been replaced with individual gas fired heating systems.

The BEMS required additions and modifications - the largest being the addition of a new Mental Health Unit.

Wiremek also carry out controls maintenance and attend breakdowns as and when required.

There is also plans for a new Education Block scheduled for 2008 to be added to the system.

Willis Group, Ipswich

Having carried out maintenace of the Main low voltage switchgear for a number of years, in 2007 Wiremek were involved in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of replacement Main low voltage panels.

As a listed building the switchgear had to fit the space created by the removal of existing and be visually the same.

The replacement extends to the four riser cores with a panel on each floor manufactured, installed and commissioned on weekend shutdowns for minimum disruption.
